Analysis of survey results

In order to work out what my college magazine should have on the cover I questioned ten individual students. The questions varied from `what things do you enjoy about college` to `how often would the magazine be out`.

From my results I have found out alot of information about college students wants and needs. First I asked the question what things do you enjoy about the college, the respnoses I recieved were roughly the same many people agreed meeting new friends was the best experience while others included they enjoyed the subjects they had taken. There were ofcourse a couple of people that exclaimed that they didnt enjoy anything. Another question I asked was `do you prefer a lot of pictures to writing or vice versa`. Every response for this question was pictures which shows me that students much prefer the thought of not having to read large pieces of texts.

Another question i asked was how much are you willing to spend on the magazine from this question I recieved a high number of varied answers to show my findings I produced a pie chart.

From the image its clear to see a whole fifty percent of people would be willing to spend 50p on a college magazine this data helps us to put a price on the magazine as it shows that no one would be willing to pay over £1 for a magazine.

A further question i asked pupils was `would you be prepared to subscribe to the magazine` from the results i collected i acknowledged that sixty percent of people werent prepared to subscribe, this would obviously give the producers of the magazine a serious thought about not making a subscribe option as its unlikely to be sucessful in that department.

On the whole I think the questions i asked werent as apropriate as i thought they would be.
